The purpose of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor's Office (Academic & International) is to assist the Vice-Chancellor in determining the objectives and direction of the academic and international activities of the University.

This important responsibility is vital to the success of the University as there has to be a constant check on the effectiveness and relevance of the programmes offered by the University against the demands of the local and global markets. Programmes are reviewed, revised and refined to make the academic and international activities of the University remain competitive globally.
