The Admission & Records Section is responsible for the enrolment of Undergraduate / First Degree Candidates. The section reviews the entry requirements based on the criteria set by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). The section also oversees the enrolment of International students, first degree programme candidates, new students and senior students as well as application appeals to first degree programmes.

In addition to those duties, the section is also in charge of student withdrawals from the course, semester or university, credit transfers and exemptions.
