Please use the 'Forgot id' link on the vendor portal to retrieve your username and password using the registered email.
How much registration fee for new application and renewal of registration?
Registration fee is RM100.00 and annual registration renewal can be made through UM Procurement & Payment Management System. SMS Subscriptions are optional to suppliers and payment is RM100.00 for 500 SMS. Resubscribe can be made online with payment via credit card / FPX.
What is the supplier registration payment method?
For payment method online credit card activation will be done immediately while for another method
Payment via bank counter, bank draft, money order or Money Order on behalf of Bendahari Universiti Malaya.
Payment by internet banking under the name of Bendahari Universiti Malaya CIMB, No Account: 8001279998.
Payment by credit card / FPX can be done during the online registration.
When the activation be made after payment has been made?
Activation will be made after the Procurement Division receives payment confirmation. Proof of payment need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org for further action.
