Click your email address (top right corner)

Please sign out and re-login to your UMMAIL account
Change send as name
Login to UMMAIL
Click option icon (top right corner)
Go to Account Tab
Edit Send as info
How to Create a UMMAIL account?
For staff to be able to create a new UMMAIL account :
must have an active staff salary number
staff status is active in human resource system
To register a UMMAIL account:
go to https://ummail.um.edu.my
click create new account
enter your staff salary number and IC / passport number
follow the guides given to create a new UMMAIL account.
Not receiving email from groups. What should I do?
When you send mail to any group or mailing list you subscribe to, Gmail automatically skips your inbox and archives the message to save you time and prevent clutter. The message will appear in your inbox if someone responds to it or if there is an error delivering the message. If you'd like to view your message, you can find it in Sent Mail or All Mail.
My email is too crowded, what can I do ?
Email Too Crowded. Google has a tool for that.
In our email we can filter email received and move them to a designated folder.
