The Office of the Senior Deputy Registrar manages general administrative duties and tasks on the development and administration of human resource, staffing matters and support system
The Organisational Management & Governance Division handles the organisation of official events and manages the appointment affairs of administrative and management positions of the university as well as the planning and execution of governance and organisational strategies
Tasked with developing the full potential and talent of staff through various mechanisms of skill enhancement and knowledge cultivation
The Human Talent Management Division is managing the general affairs and matters of staff regarding appointment, promotion, visa services, emoluments, and other related tasks.
Management of general and specific services to staff at all levels including welfare and support system as well as analysis and assessment of staff performance, retirement and record of service
The Security Office is tasked to oversee the safety and security on campus with its various units that are tasked to ensure order and security of both the people and hard asset and facilities. Main tasks include crime prevention and management, traffic control and general security
